Failed to assist with wisdom teeth removal

<p>I am currently suffering with my wisdom teeth. The pain is unreal. For the past year I'm with the discovery key care plan. After doing some research I've found that they will not cover my teeth removal .. so I call discovery to ask them if there's anything they can do to help or if I can upgrade my plan so that I can go and remove my wisdom teeth asap. They lady tells me that they can't do anything I must pay cash .. And I must give them 1 month notice before I can upgrade my membership!!! So I have to suffer with my teeth for a whole month ??? The cash price is R18000 !!! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not fair.. whenbi joined discovery they never told me this!!! And I've been paying u guys for over a year </p>
