Faceless business, specializing in paying the wrong entities

Useless, faceless bunch, you cannot call them, you can only talk on whatsapp or email, which is where this whole mess started! They don't pay the service provider because they don't see the nappi code on the service provider's invoice (and had to be reminded). When you query, they pay YOU, without informing you and then the service provider blacklists you! Now I have to pay R2,000 for legal fees.
