extremly bad service from

my daughter was admitted in Tshepo Temba hospital due to pelvic pains she was admitted by casualty doctor in charge at about 23h59 and the doctor admitted. here is the problem my child was suppose to go see the specialist so called (post-discharged) yesterday I was then informed by the specialist that they need an authorization from our medical aid, we then called the medical aid who informed us that the child must see a GP doctor to refer her to a specialist of which it didn't make sense to me if you were admitted why must you go via GP again if your from the hospital.? 1. this is unnecessary charges to our medical aid 2. Apparently My child hospital admission was declined I only found out about it today when I re-called discovery for authorization, but yesterday they never told us that hospital admission was declined . 3 what kind of stupid service is this we are being sent from pillar to post for nothing with this child 4. they question DR`s admission code, is there any stupid doctor who will admit a patient for fun specifically that time of the night if they think that the child was not sick 5. if the specialist is not available to see the child in between the admission is this a doctor`s fault to refer a child. 6. I don't think Tshepo Temba will employ unqualified doctors who will admin their medical aid clients for no reason 7. Discovery is taking advantage of their client since 2016 I have been asking them to update their system for authority level due to the fact that am no longer a dependent 8. its even easy for them to declined their members claims and save money, my child is dying from this pains not going to school for nonsense that discovery is so unwilling to resolve 9. if you think that the doctor is so stupid to refer this child a specialist then I will prefer that you guys get your qualify doctor who will go on and cross question the doctor who admitted my child and exam her from your trusted Doctor and I promise you if I lose this child table will turn. we cannot allow a 17 year old child to leave pain ****ers every hour for something that we don't know what it is, pain ****er can be dangerous as well for continues take while we not dealing with the problem here.

I guarantee you if I lose my child someone will be reliable to wake her up, I need this matter sorted A.S.A.P am not a doctor I cannot tell u guys what to do. my child need a proper and clear diagnose from qualify medical people urgently
