EXTREMELY poor service to obtain authorisation after an assault insident.

Tried to obtain authorisation after assault in which the person sustained loss of consciousness, open wound on head and convulsions who was discharged from ICU then referred by the surgeon to the neurologist but because the provider wrote down the conditions on the referal letter and not the ICD10 code diagnosis code authorisation can not be granted and you are not allowed to speak to any clinical person. Service is appalling ????
