Extremely poor service!

I worked for Discovery for 2.5 years. Upon leaving they canceled my medical aid without telling me until 2 months later! Today I received an email stating I owe them R3200 for claims after my medical aid was canceled. I only had one claim in that time which I paid cash to. I don't understand where this outstanding amount comes from. Ridiculous service
