Took me a while to get through to a real human being, but was delighted with the efficient service and great attitude of Phumzi on the call centre line. She answered both of my queries clearly and informed me about all surrounding information I would need to know (was calling about travel coverage). Plus she e-mailed me further documentation afterwards and inquired politely about my upcoming holiday. Great job Phumzi, you are a credit to your team.
