Extremely Dissapointed
Their seems to be a double standard in the manner in which you do business. This year coincidentally you have increase my income band, although I have furnished you with the exact same docs as last year. What has changed. This is unacceptable from a reputable company.

The qualifying criteria for the lowest income band on our KeyCare plans have been changed. The member in question does not meet the criteria to be placed on the this income band for the KeyCare plan. All forms of income and support are taken into account when it comes to verifying the income. This will include any form of family or social support.
