Extremely disappointed with the service from Discover Health. The call operators are rude, unhelpful, and carried an unprofessional attitude throughout the conversation. As someone who pays a significant amount for medical aid, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and assistance. Without paying clients like me, there wouldn’t be a need for call center staff—so treating us with respect should be the bare minimum. Definitely not the level of service one expects from a healthcare provider.
