Extremely Disappointed with Discovery Vitality's Service

I’m deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with Discovery Vitality. Since May, I have not received any of my Vitality Active Rewards due to a technical error on Discovery’s side, which I believe originated when they moved the Vitality Health functionality to their bank app.

As a loyal member of Discovery Vitality, I have consistently participated in activities to earn my rewards. However, for the past few months, I have been deprived of the benefits / points I am entitled to. This is completely unacceptable and defeats the very purpose of the Discovery Vitality program, which is to incentivise and reward an active and healthy lifestyle.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue by contacting their call center numerous times and sending several emails, I have yet to receive any meaningful feedback or resolution. Each time I reach out, I am met with vague responses and promises of further investigation, but nothing has changed. This lack of communication and action from Discovery is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The technical error has caused a significant inconvenience and has demotivated me from continuing my active lifestyle, as I am not receiving the points and rewards I have rightfully earned. This situation is not only unfair but also undermines the credibility of the Discovery Vitality program.
