Extremely disappointed - Forced to pay vitality for adult dependants who are on the medical aid.

I moved my medical aid to LA Health specifically for the Vitality benefits. Only after signing up did I discover that adult dependants are automatically included in Vitality if you subscibe, with no option to opt out. This was not clearly disclosed upfront and feels misleading. My Adult dependant does not need Vitality, yet he is forced into the programme. Even worse, there is no discount for having more than one adult the subscription fee is the same regardless. Each adult should be able to choose whether to join Vitality. Being forced to include dependants with no benefit is unfair and removes consumer choice. I am extremely disappointed and regret switching from my previous medical aid to LA Health. This policy needs better transparency and reconsideration.
