Extremely angry with the service from Discovery health

I am extremely upset with discovery, On Monday January 02, 2023 I app**** for Special Payments claim from my medical savings for a dental procedure that was done in July 2022 which was not paid die to the fact that my funds were exhausted at the time. Upon making a follow up today which should be the last turn around time, I am told that my claim has not been attended. Seriously, discovery is doing a ******* job, taking for granted their paying clients. I have no idea why they have disregarded my claim and I need answers.
