Extraordinary Service!

After 3 months of fighting to add my spouse on as a dependant. I eventually spoke to a lady by the name of Mercia who was exceptionally helpful. Even though I was rather rude and slightly offensive Mercia had seen my frustration and maintained a high level of professionalism. She was able to do in one day what I have been trying to accomplish in three months. I am so grateful that Discovery has Employees like Mercia as it gives us hope where customer service is so scarce in this country. Thank you Mercia and thank you Discovery for making my day!
