Executive Plan sucks
After5 years of court cases and medical assessments for my road accident court case. Discover now will take part of my claim to cover their hospital claims. Initially they said they wouldn't so why did they change their minds? I am on the executive plan. Meaning I pay 7K a month for just myself. This means I have paid that monthly for many years and Discovery will pay nothing towards my accident. Don't waste your money with executive plan !!!!

Would you have started legal proceedings on your own accord to get what you paid back ? I guessing probably not. I that case you would have got nothing - so only because of all my effort are you being refunded for your costs.
