Excluded from medical aid almost ****ed me

I have complained about Discovery excluding me from my medical aid, and now it is costing me physical pain, I am ready to take Discovery to court as I have not heard back from them, I was supposed to be on a higher plan by now, and now I have been in a car accident and am unable to go to the doctor to check if I broke a rib or in whatever way I might have hurt my body by rolling my car. I am very disgusted and appauled by the bad service received from Discovery, and will go to the ombudsman if I do not hear back from them in 24-36 hours.
