Excluded for no reason.

I have been appalled by the service received by Discovery, I have recently been added to a new medical aid by them and have been put on probation(exclusion) category B meaning I have not been on a medical aid in 5 to 14 years, which is impossible as I was on a medical aid in 2018. The name of this medical was Malcor under the administration of Discovery, thus it is physically and temporally impossible for me to only have been on a medical aid 5 years ago, I have proof that Discovery paid for my medicine last year on their own app. This is disgraceful.
