Discovery medical aid contact centre are the most professionally efficient staff I have ever come across. Would love to compliment the staff for resolving and knowing the answers to all questions in the most positive manner. So far i made about four calls on different occasions and were content with the call backs, the follow ups, the professionalism on every occasion.
