Exceptional service regarding dental query - multiple consultants

I would like to compliment the consultants who recently dealt with my query regarding dental cover. I contacted the fund multiple times. Either via telephone or Healthinfo and received professional and comprehensive feedback. I finally understand how in-hospital dentistry (and implants) is covered. Without this information I would not have gone ahead with the procedure which is urgently required. I would specifically like to mention the consultant who phoned me back when the system crashed on 25 Sept, then Xenophin Pitt, who wrote such a detailed response to my email query and lastly the consultant who phoned me to follow up on my email query just confirming the final details. It was such a pleasure to deal Discovery this time round. They were knowledgeable and also went the extra mile. I was really very impressed and I'm so dissapointed that I cannot remember the names of the consultants who phoned me. I hope they get recognition for their excellent customer service.
