I just want to commend Penny that I reached when calling Discovery Health on the 1st of February 2021. She was so professional and efficient when dealing with my query. Her service was timely. I didn't have to wait long to get a response. She was knowledgeable and educated me as a customer. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the way my query was handled. Kudos to Penny!!
