Exceptional service

I would like to render my sincere gratitude to Shantal , i dont know what i would have done if it was not for her , i can surely say she went beyond the call of duty to assist me

Shantal assisted me from day 1 when she was my last option as no one else was able to assist me with my claim for NMG even after sending several emails to some off the Discovery staff bt Shantal was my life saver and she did it promptly and what i loved most about her is she always checked up with me , gave me feedback and checked up on me if my claim has been paid even though it was NMG that was suppose to assist and not her , i dont know how to thank her this is the only platform that allows me to do so ..as an x Discovery employee i can proudly say Shantal practises all the discovery values and a lot of people can actually learn from her ,im still surprised with the exceptional service she offered me Thank very much Shantal and hope Discovery recognises your hard work
