Exceptional Service

<p>I had an issue with my Medical Aid and the hospital refused to assist me, I then spoke to Nev Moonsamy, from Discovery who was very helpful, he called me three times on the day to find out if i was sorted, he even called me the next day to follow up with me and he called me again today to give me an update regarding my Medical Aid, i am happy to say that all is well now, thanks to Nev, I know that Disvocery is a good company that provides exceptional service but Nev took it to another level, he is truly an asset to Discovery and they should make him a Senior Manager, thank you Discovery for employing people like Nev Moonsamy, give that MAN a BELLS</p>
