I would like give a compliment to Kaylene Manuel from Discovery Call Centre in the Authorization Department, I needed an ref number this morning for tomorrow because my son is getting circumcised.she was very empathetic and supportive towards me regarding what my son will be facing tomorrow. She is very human, friendly and has leadership skills. I appreciate her assistance and may she continue to shine. <br> Thank you again Kaylene Manuel.
