Exceptional service

I was have been struggling for over a month to get forms i needed for some funds to be processed was so stressed did not know what to do , sent several emails to different people with no luck not even a response luckily then yesterday afternoon i sent an email to Shantal Govender at the HR dept Discovery Riverhorse Valley Durban to assist and in the morning when i opened my emails i got the form , i would like to say thank you very mich Shantal its not the first time i deal with you always friendly and effecient your service is exceptional you live all the Discovery Values ...hope the Company aknowledges you ...you are a star
