Exceptional outstanding service

I called in to get my authorisation number for hospital booking, spoke to a very professional, well mannered and caring agent I have ever come across. Her name is Nompilo Hlatshwayo, wow this lady went above and beyond to assist me, to think that I will be a first time mom, she even took down my contact number to make a follow up. We really need more people like Ms Nompilo working at Discovery Health, she was so kind, compassionate and very understaning, I got my authorisation number, made sure I understood what is covered and what's not, wow the department is blessed to have Nompilo in the team, she should be promoted to Department Head so that she can teach the others how to actually conduct a call.
