Excellent Telephonic Service

On 29th July I needed to phone Discovery with a query. I anticipated a long wait for my call to be answered and felt concerned that I would not be assisted satisfactorily. Lindelwa Mngadi answered my call within seconds. Her voice put me at ease immediately. She was warm, friendly, patient, interested, thorough, knowledgable and professional.
