Very seldom am I impressed with call centre agents. Thami Mboni was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, proactive and kind.<br> She helped me with ease, offered potential solutions when we had problems with emails etc - just in general an excellent service provider.<br> I'd really like to hear that she has been acknowledged - I have a feeling she would be like this with all clients.<br> <br> Well done Thami!<br>
