I wanted to take a moment to commend Jaylin Pillay from the Discovery Health Keycare Plus department. I received exceptional service from him during a challenging time. After being informed by Mbali that there was nothing they could assist me with, and facing the grim option of canceling my medical aid if I wasn’t satisfied, I felt quite disheartened.

However, Jaylin truly stood out by listening to my concerns and showing genuine empathy. He went the extra mile to address my issues, and that's what outstanding customer service is all about. It's heartening to see someone serving with pride, respect, compassion, and dignity. I hope he continues to help others in the same way!
