Excellent service from Heelan Nana
A compliment for Heelan Nana. He has been so helpful with all of my queries; he phones back right away and reassures me that my query is being taken care of by who, how and when I can expect an answer. He's very professional. As a former call center manager I can honestly say that I wish that there were many more excellent people like him in call centers.
