Currently going through a SARS audit and needed extra information about medical aid membership. Discovery Health provided quick turnaround on all my requests. Responses were intelligent and I got exactly what I needed first time. As an added bonus I interacted with them solely through the query feature on their website, so I could make my requests electronically, after hours and I didn't have to sit on the phone.
