Excellent Service from 1 person out of the 20 that I dealt with.

I have problems with Discovery Medical Aid in the past 10 months. The same problem over and over. Not one person could explain. Nicardo Naidoo, Vanessa Smith(Executive Relationship Manager) - please note her role!! Enrico Msimanga Dayne Meyer, Kim Oliver Dr Ryan Noach, Dayne Meyer (Escalated Client Relationship Manager) twice!!! I have literally went in circles. This is not including the numerous calls that were made and authorization. NOT ONE PERSON took the time to do their beyond their means. This has still not done.

However speaking to all the people people, only 1 Person at discovery stood out, that is FUNANANI EPHODIA MANENZHE. This is the only person who went beyond her means to help me, took the time to explain what is wrong with Discovery. Please look after her. She is the one person out of 20 people at Discovery who is willing and does help!!
