Excellent service delivery

I was recently in hospital for 4 days with a kidney stone and last year for a week with another problem. Discovery always cover everything that they say they will and I didn't have to much out of pocket expenses. I am also bipolar and go for therapy a lot and for this they cover even additional sessions if the correct paperwork is filed. I have phoned them a few times to request forms or ask questions and they always respond quickly without sending you from one person to somebody else. The people who deal with requests know what they are doing. I am very satisfied with the service and the cover I always receive.
