Excellent service by Discovery call-centre staff

Tops service from Discovery twice now.

1st when a supplier made a mess of a PMB claim. Discovery helped me solving it in no time. Even phoned me back to confirm their decision.

2nd, with the help of two ladies called Chavonne and Sam, the latter who eventually phoned me back to confirm a correction on my claims to the total value of more than R3000 after an emergency hospitalisation and transport to another hospital caused problems, as the 1st hospital could not finish off the case because of a severe heart failure and due to the authorization date went haywire as the handover between the hospitals by ambulance was between 23:00 and 02:00 the next day. Thanks to their input together with Discovery's understanding the situation everything was sorted.
