Excellent service as always
I've been with Discovery for nearly 5 years and I can't recall EVER receiving bad service/assistance.<br> <br> I called Discovery last week regarding a few general inquiries I had regarding my medical aid benefits. Call was answered within a minute! Immediately transferred to the correct department where Nande Nkqoyi assisted me.<br> <br> She is a gem! Answered all of my questions without hesitation and even send me the PDF documents regarding everything we discussed. <br> <br> You have a client for life! Excellent service!
