Excellent service all round!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I would just like to leave a good word for Discovery. I have medical aid with them, am a Vitality member and have a Discovery credit card. All of my interactions with them over the past 3.5 years have been pleasant. Their consultants are always friendly and will laugh at jokes, they are knowledgeabe and help me with queries fast.</p> <p>One example I can think of is when I went overseas and needed to notify the banks about me using my card in another country. It took 3 phone calls to my personal bank before I got hold of the right people to activate my card. Still feeling uneasy about whether I could use my personal bank card overseas, I phoned Discovery. One phone call that lasted less than 5 minutes was all it took to sort out my credit card on their side!</p> <p>Thanks for the great service, Discovery! I cringe when I need to phone call centres at any other company, but Discovery keeps my blood pressure steady :) </p> <p> </p>
