Consultant Rhafiek Fredericks was extremely helpful, had great product knowledge in helping me choose a medical aid plan that would cater for my families needs and even advised on which cover group to upgrade to come the 1st of January so that I don't have to worry about co-payments during consultations. He did not rush to get me off the phone but was coming up with different solutions and ideas and it was a great experience dealing with such a customer friendly consultant. Good 1 Rhafiek!
