Excellent Service

My wife was involved in an accident yesterday and Discovery was on the ball with informing me since they have already picked up an impact alert. Road side assistance was already dispatched. Whilst at the scene, a rental car was already arranged and Uber arrived to fetch. This I must say is extremely impressive service which took away all of the frustration I should have dealt with in arranging all of this myself and the number of calls etc. A special mention to Vinceno Wilhase from Discovery Insure who continuously checked in with me to see if everything was fine and did whatever to assist me. I’m glad to be insured by Discovery and amazed by this awesome service, as we tend to receive poor service throughout SA that frustrates us. Thank you Discovery & thank you Vinceno. Just small matters like adding my wife as additional driver which my broker already says can be sorted out on Monday. The issue of car groupings which time from time to time I guess may not be a problem of Discovery but surely we can sort that out as well.
