Excellent service

I called regarding an unauthorised debit order,was immediately sent to the department responsible for handling those queries.thank you Joshua for being so efficient, helpful and overall excellent, thereafter I asked to go to health side ,spoke to Anele (if I spelt her name correctly),once again , recieved amazing service, thereafter she sent me to claims,I usually speak to Ruaan van greunen who always provides great service, although he wasn't available and I spoke to Bianca ,who once again provided wonderful service. Companies with great staff don't seem to ask for call or service ratings which we would love to provide feedback for. Thank you to Joshua,Anele and Bianca .
