Excellent Service

Hi, I would like to thank the lady working at the Discovery building in Century City, think here name is Wahida. She was extremely polite and helped my wife with excellent advice which my wife is very appreciative for. I visited the building couple times and even when busy she managed to make time to research information with regards to Spa's for me. Unfortunately for her a few weeks ago I witnessed her having to deal with a extremely moody mother and child which was uncalled for, she tried to calm the situation down but the lady was not going to have any of that and just came on a mission to fight with her. My wife was shocked when Wahida offered her personal contact details should she require further assistance. To me that's just going the extra mile. Thank you again.
