Excellent Service
After trying for very long to have my application processed with Discovery. I spoke to the most helpful staff member of Discovery.
Faith Ndlanga helped me so much in every aspect. Faith Ndlanga had so much patience. literally calmed me down from 100 to 0 immedately. After phoning almost every day, no one could assist me.
When I spoke to Faith she had a solution and sorted my application out the same time.
I have never spoken to someone over the phone whereby you can almost feel their willingness to assist with a smile on their face and Faith Ndlanga done just that.
I am very happy with the service I received, from her 'only'.
I recommend that more Discovery staff learn from her to ensure their customers are satisfied after every enquiry.
Once again, Thank you Faith for all your help, you are an absolute star
