Hi Discovery team,

I'm just about in love with the people in your customer service call centre. I've had some poor service from other companies lately, but today i needed some assistance from you - and boy was I pleasantly surpriser. The agents were so friendly and helpful that I didn't even mind how long it had to take (because I asked a million questions).
