Excellent, fast and efficient PMB registration

Very impressed with how quickly Discovery approved hypertension PMB and oncology benefits. GP did the online PMB request and, within 5 minutes, had approval and we could get the medication from the pharmacy immediately after. Oncology benefits were approved in 3 days. That is extremely efficient and impressive for a medical aid to have these sorts of systems in place. Discovery has been nothing short of amazing to us and I truly appreciate your service compared to other medical aids that I have had to deal with for relatives. Discovery is light-years ahead of the rest.
