Congratulations to Discovery for employing Lyle Williams. Of all the reps I've dealt with he was the only person who assisted me with a tricky query the way a customer should be assisted. Good attitude, went the extra mile and gave me feedback on time. I was about to seek another health insurance provider if it weren't for him. A perfect example and mentor to other staff in his category.
