Excellent !! custom service -Agent Siba from Easter Cape

Good afternoon compliment Department,

I would like to express my gratitude to a lady called Siba in eastern Cape client service.

I called in earlier with a query regarding two claims dating back to beginning of December , and actually continuing into January 2024 when I actually had my operation I found Siba to be extremely friendly . she was professional and willing to help .

Siba understood and was extremely experienced? knowledgeable and really Extremely patient with me . I explained to her because refund / claim cade is a little bit more complicated ! And thefore not so straightforward one due to the Christmas season . That caused a bit of a hold-up between the first consultation and second doctor Professor Malinga consultation . then to approval of Discovery basically already on the 3rd of January 2024 but I have given her the “ up loaded document now 6 th March 2024 reference *** “ and all the details and she promised .

The reference number for today being Friday 8th is ref ***

Siba assured me that on Monday she will do a follow up . And ref my call which I have requested to be attached to the review panel .

I’m believe that she is honourable and will follow up .

Listening to our call will assist . The panel to understand the complexity of my call in ( query ) And to get better understanding standing of point of view .

once again Discovery your you’ve got a “ winner “ on your side, Siba is a ambassador for the Discovery brand. 👏 I would like to give her a rating of 10 out of 10 . Rate purely based onour in the action today being Friday from around 1.30 - 2pm .

I understand that this is a very high rating to give an agent , but should you listen to the call it was flawless .

She was everything that I mentioned and therefore, honestly believe that she needs to be honoured. And that call agent Sibs definitely earned this compliment that I wrote .
