Excellent care received by Discovery on my first hospitalization

I must give credit, where credit is due. After being a member many years with Discovery, I ended up unexpectedly in the hospital for the first time in my life. The next morning I woke up to a notification saying my admission has been approved. Discovery paid the entire hospital account, doctors, scans, tests etc including my emergency room visit. I walked away with no stress of outstanding bills and all accounts paid in full. After seeing my parents and their experience with a different medical aid, and all the short paid bills after hospitalizations, I was amazed at the service. It did give me hope that I put my trust and money into the right medical aid.

Also Discovery accidentally paid some hospital claims from my Wellth fund. After phoning them, the issue was resolved within 5 minutes and they said my Wellth fund will be credited again.
