Excellent call centre service

I was very impressed with the Discovery Health call centre consultant today. Lavern Davies assisted me with my dad's query. She was excellent. So patient, efficient and still had time for a laugh or two. She made may elderly dad feel at ease and sorted out our query without any hick-up. She really went the extra mile and made sure that I will always chose Discovery Health as my first choice for a medical aid provider. Thanks so much!
