Excellent administration

I have heard my fair share of horror stories when it comes to medical aids we pay so much for monthly, and then not delivering when we need medical attention the most. When we are vulnerable, emotionally drained and physically tired of seeing doctors and nurses.

I have been a member of Discovery Health since 2012. Thankfully, I have never needed to be admitted. But my father was admitted recently and I have to commend Discovery and its network of service providers for the wonderful service. At no point did I have to pick up the phone to Discovery to scream and fight about non-payments. It was a smooth process, handled by Discovery Health and the hospital. All my family and I did, was make sure my father was getting treated. So, thank you.
