Ex Gratia excuses.

Dear Discovery

What pathetic excusses are you going to think of next not to approve my fiancés Ex Gratia application?

No wonder you can spend **** loads of money on your staff taking them out to the most expensive places and out for womans day and giving them gifts for no reason, etc.

Everytime there is an pathetic excuse like, the board didn’t meet (which nobody had the decency or courtesy to inform us about twice) and now an excuse that not even managers of other schemes has ever heard off.

It seems that you don’t actually really give a damn about your members health and if they can afford the medication or not. As long as you get money from members every month and your pockets remain full, then everything is fine...

After reading an article in BusinessDay that was published in the beginning of July 2018 and now dealing with this, it seems that I can maybe assist with a new slogan... Discovery - *****s from the poor and keeps it for themselves????
