To Whom It May Concern; I am very disappointed in the way an ex-gracia is being handled. I've given up on calling due to the fact that no one can help and always has to escalate the matter, but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A month has gone by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can just imagine how you treat other people who also needs helps. I have spoken to so many consultants it is hard to remember them, sure you can check on SAMI as I've been sent from piller to post regarding this matter. I've been a client for over a decade, can you imagine what my friends and family are feeling seeing me going through yet there seems no compassion from Discovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was told 5-7 working days, been over a month now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call asap on ***
