Evil, putrid, hopeless institution

Fifteen years of payments and one month the bank changed so the debit was late. This pitiful, hate factory suspended the service because the payment was a few days late.

Submitted a query for a claim five times and they do not respond. The CEO of this disgusting **** pit deserves nothing
