EVERY MONTH! PLEASE CAN YOU JUST SORT THIS OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL!

And again i am sitting with the same thing like i sit with every month.

I logged my claim like i always do and every month i have to fight to get my special payment done. So every single month i deal with a new someone and that someone does not know my story or that i have a special arrangement with Discovery and certain people.

This prevents me to get my chronic meds the next month because Medipost can't release the meds before i do payment. This causes unnecessary stress every month and the fact that it has been going on for more that 2 years now is pathetic.

This month you only paid Medipost but not my special payment???

You need to sort this out now once and for all!
