Even worse than I thought- charlatans
A week after the last review of this lot and promises to resolve the issue and nothing has happened. Their complaints department is as useless and *********** as the rest of them. Pity that as usual a monopoly like Discovery can do whatever they want to their customers to their hearts content.

23 Apr 2021, 16:27I will start yet another review soon. The agent could explain NOTHING. How can we be paying R84 000 per year but have savings of only R10 000
So have rejected all claims since February. It is an absolute rip-off and definitely the most expensive mistake to go with Fedhealth medical aid. All he did was send me a whole bunch of pamphlets for hospital plans that he was unable to explain on the phone. Useless organization. Strongly recommend people go elsewhere for their medical aid
